Integrity Cheer EMPIRE (ICE) is the largest all star cheer and tumble programs in Atlantic Canada.  At ICE we are all about opportunity and growth and we want you to grow with us year after year.  We host all star teams levels 1- 5 including our International Open World's team.  Although we are big in size, we have always managed to keep our pleasant "family feel".  Our main goal is to create an environment where athletes are challenged, where experiences boost confidence and youth are encouraged to become great leaders.  Our athletes learn the values of commitment, teamwork and time management, character traits that will stick with them throughout their lifetime.

Our FACILITY

  ICE has existed since 2010.  In this time we have established our own 8000sq foot facility, conveniently located between the Halifax Regional Municipality  and Annapolis Valley communities. ICE has established the best equipped gym in Eastern Canada.  We are so fortunate to have standard competition sized floors, a 30ft tumble track, landing mats and safety equipment and are the only gym to have a foam-filled landing pit to help advance athletes working upper level skills.
